We’re thrilled to share some exciting news – Harlo by Steelix has been named a finalist for both the Georgie Awards’ Best Advertising Campaign and the Havan Awards’ Best Marketing Campaign! This recognition is a testament to the hard work and passion of our entire team.

Behind the Message:

When creating our advertising campaign for Harlo, our goal was to ignite the imagination of potential homeowners and invite them to picture themselves living in a new and elevated space. So, we came up with the core message of “Parkside Living. Elevated Amenities.” This message highlighted the project’s unique selling points, such as its top-notch amenities and exceptional attention to detail in both the interiors and exteriors.

A Consistent Brand Experience:

To make the most of our digital campaigns, our social media account @steelixdevelopments was devoted solely to the project during its launch. A distinctive wave design was incorporated into multiple posts, signs, ads, blog posts, and website pages, creating a cohesive image and tone for the project.

Video is the Star of the Show:

Our digital renderings were brought to life with animation, showcasing the project’s standout features, like its smart interior design, elevated amenities, and seamless access to outdoor space. Video and animated content played a big role in our advertising campaign, giving it a lively and dynamic feel.

Exploring the Neighborhood:

We also created a neighborhood video that showcased a local family enjoying East Clayton. Local businesses were a part of the “family day in Clayton” segment, each paired with targeted giveaways promoted on social media during the sales launch. Our campaign was invested in gift cards, social media, Google and Display advertising, public relations, and retargeting campaigns.

A Toast to Our Team and Community:
